NO STOCK FOR 4 Months

I went in to MTN in Menlyn to get my dad that 32' TV with the Galaxy Pocket.
Just for them to tell me that they have problems with the supplier since January they have not been getting stock of the TV. So i ask them why is the add then in the booklet since January if they know they have problems.
They told me that it wont be in the next booklet due to this problem, but when i got the booklet guess what it is in there?
So can i take out that contract or not now?
