CHANGING NETWORKS, MTN IS RIDICOULUS

I've been with MTN, for about 12years now, today will be my last, they are not clear about their packages or even subscriptions, i am on prepaid but they always take money without me even subscribing to something, my airtime just randomly decreases, without me even calling or smsing or even being on the internet, i hate that they take airtime without notifying and when you fone them they cant even help you, theres never any network anyway, especially on smart phones... MTN had its time, now they just greedy and ridicolous, im dissapointed and i think its coz u paying for nothing.
