Illed me for NOT subscribing with them

My airtime has been by this network and when i enquired with MTN they confirmed that last night (28/11/2013) my data usage had spiked severely on a download that i apparently was downloading. Strange because i was asleep at the time the download was initiated which was at 4:07am (29/11/2013). I recharged my airtime twice with small amounts today (29/11/2013) as i was now suspicious and each reacharge of R15 (x 2) was immediately taken off my account and i was again with R0 airtime!! MIRA NETWORKS took approximately R140 of my airtime while i was asleep and ofcourse im quite peeved about it as i see it as!
I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW OR IM TAKING THIS FURTHER. and NO I am not subscribed to any porn or games sites as i see MIRAS enjoys simply dropping this kind of bomb on poor victims like myself that have EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!
