I deeply regret porting to Cell C. I fell into the trap of trying to go for the cheaper service provider which has turned out to be a big mistake. Besides incapacitating problems with data and some call reception problems, this company appears to have no regard for their customers, being completely uninterested in resolving a related call that I logged over a month ago on 6 March 2013. I have subsequently followed up five times, been promised feedback for resolution, which then consistently never materialises.

I moved from Vodacom which, while more expensive, did give the customer a first rate experience when it came to their call centre. While Vodacom wasn't perfect, they at least provided consistency and an acceptable level of connectivity.

My experience has been so poor with Cell C that I believe ICASA should consider revoking their license. In my opinion they are not providing a level of service remotely close to acceptable.
