Unacceptable service

My phone was on the 28th of March. With handset and sim insurance I proceeded to my branch to start the process. I was told that no claim was possible without and ITC nr and Police Case nr.

I was told by the consultant that I should receive the ITC nr within 48hours. After a visit to the Greenstone branch today 8th April, I was yet to receive the ITC nr but was told that I would be contacted before 3pm and told what the excess etc would be. At 16h40 I contacted the customer care line and was told that NO CLAIM WOULD BE processed without the ITC and CASE nrs.

The call centre consultant gave me the ITC number at last and said she would email me the relevant documentation immedaitely of which I am yet to receive. I find this truly shocking that I had to do all this work getting it, when I was told that it would be sent to me!!! What's the point of being a Service Provider, if your client has to do it all???

Now, I need to get the Police case number and hopefully have my new phone before Christmas it seems.

I'm not impressed by this service at all and will move to a new SP as soon as this contract expires!!!
