Not Slitely wanting to help & lying

Upgraded to new phone on saterday everything went fine until Sunday evening when the phone went dead,
this morning called costumer serves the told me there is an 7 day garenty if someting went wrong the will replace the phone drove 50KM to the store and got there and there was a Bunche of problems wasn't very help full and telling me stuff that is different to wat the call center said I drove to a nother store to get beter serves but that dident help just got sent back to the first store, long story short I have no phone they don't even know when they are getting stock even if the are going to replace it! Just very very bad serves can't belive how many stories they can come up white
