I am on a cell c iphone 5 contract for the past 5 months and have ongoing reception and technical issues.
I have made several calls to there customer service and technical departments but keep getting the same sorry answers. PLEASE LOG A TECHNICAL QUERY. I have now decided that i am paying for something i am not getting full benefit off.
I asked to keep the contract but change the handset to any other make. No response.
What can Cell C do to help a paying unsatisfied customer?
