8ta is not providing support for corporate use of your broadband service for services requiring reasonable stable reception.
The area has an aerial no trees no building obstructions, no mountains, . flat landscape and MTN broadband at 4MB/s
8 ta tested and varies between 20kb/s to 1.5Mb/s below the 2Mb/s threshold for broadband.
Despite many requests for assistance and promises no service has been provided.
The 8ta technician who visited stated a booster should be provided by 8ta but nothing.
Ive noticed former white areas being serviced quickly.
Please can the hellopeter representative confirm if they have followed up and project managed this process as the complaints go back 4 months for non service and failed downloads. How can I pay for a broken service. How can I grow my business tied into the lack of service through a contract. How can I say anything but negative things to other users wanting to look at 8ta as a service provider. Im coming to you to help improve your business. Im asking you to provide a service which you have ties me into.
Please advise with concrete direction and not a copy and paste public relation non event.
