On 21 Feb 2013 I asked telkom to move my line, a process that normally takes 1 to 2 weeks, the following week I called I got a there may be a problem with the area, the following week I called and I was told the infrastructure is here, there is no problem. After numerous phonecalls I am still without my line. I have had no communication from telkom, even the technician that did come on Wednesday and found a underground cable problem only had my name and I'd. He told me he will be back today. I called again and after I have pre arranged with my neighbour not to lock her gate to give the technician easy access, I still have had no communication from Telkom. It appears to me that there was confusion with my landlord and a new line and when whomever made the mistake haphazzerdly redid my paperwork and ommitted to put my contact details in. Its amazing how everybody else get calls about my line but not me the applicant. I want an explanation to this issue. It would be nice if someone from Telkom can actually contact me and not my friend that call on my behalf or my landlord
