That my account is switched, I have sent the letter over and over again. I want it switched NOT cancelled, I have asked time and time again that someone confirm that this has been done so I suppose that when I next see the bill it wont be done and that it will be monstrous. WHERE THE IS THE SERVICE IN YOUR ORGANISATION
