Been waiting 2 weeks for my upgrade???

I ordered the Huawei Mediapad Lite on upgrade on 22/3. Sales lady said it needs to be ordered and will be there on the Monday / Tuesday. Ever since then it''s been empty promises all the way through on delivery. apparently promised delivery by that Thursday - already more than a week has passed since then. This is an understatement of bad service. This mediapad was advertised on the upgrade with R700 giftcard. On the new upgrade doc on their website it only shows R600 griftcard? Please give us feedback as we have been phoning / visiting the store almost daily.
