Data big mess and no response

Hi,
We upgraded about 3 months ago. And since the upgrade our account has been sky high. We laid a complaint but no response. I have been phoning the whole day no answer (holding for more than 10 minutes at a time). It is unacceptable. We want our money refunded and a statement every month to make sure this does not occur again. Response please?
