My complaint still not resolved

After I made a complaint on Hello Peter. I got a call from MTN and I was told that someone will look into this. I have since then not received any further assistance. I made further calls to MTN to ask regarding this and I was told that a Mr William Makola will get back to me regarding this. To this day I have not received any call from him. I am really tired of this and I just can't wait for my cellphone contract to expire so that I can cancel the contract. This is just utter rubbish.
