Autopage
It's been a month and still NO PHONE

I upgraded in January. The Galaxy SIII I received was faulty. I reported it, it was collected and I was promised a replacement phone. It has now been a month and I STILL don't have a phone. I have been a contract customer of Autopage for more than TEN YEARS. This service is UNACCEPTABLE.
