Acc opened with my details

Mtn can you please refund me my money that yyou took this morning from my acc. I did not open any contract with your company. I was told to go & get an affidavit from the police with my ID copy certified under a commissioner of oath which I did & gave it to your Branch boulder & i didn't get a reply from the investigating department or wat ever you call it. This morning you decide to take R784 from my acc. Can you reverse it cause clearly your company system it pathetic, how can you open an acc with out me signing any documents from ur company?

You can't even provide me with the document that you opened the acc with, You can't even give me the branch where the phone was received or who processed the application but you are fast in taking my money. This is just a warning... I'm giving you 3 days to sort out your... If some 1 is going to reply provide me with a solution not wat I have to do NXAAA
