I was due for an upgrade on the 23rd of March 2013, in the last week of February I went into 8ta stores to order my phone (Blackberry Z10) it is now the 3rd of March and still no phone, when I call in they keep making promises that phone will be ready "this week" every week, they also tell me they will call back in 15 minutes but they never do, this is very unprofessional and has now been 6 weeks, and i have no clue where i stand, i am considering changing networks.
