CONTRACT ENDED BUT BAD SERVICE CONTINUES!!

I ended my cell phone contract with Nashua Mobile after 10 years due my numerous experiences of bad service I received last year when dialing their 0861 412 412 customer service number. Since changing service providers in November 2012, there is an amount of money owing to me from Nashua Mobile which they so kindly send me statements informing me of - but never make a payment.

Today i spent over 20 MINUTES being passed around from one person to another through the 0861 412 412 number (while trying to get my money owed to me paid back), being put back on hold time and again and eventually cut off. This is highly frustrating and a waste of my work time.

Why do you have a customer call line if you cannot manage calls???
