First of all i open a contract with mtn. i had the 1st cell phone for 4 days i sent it back because there were problems with it. i waited 2 weeks they gave me a new one. after 2 weeks i sent the 2nd (new) phone back. it's been 3 weeks now. they haven't even fixed it. so i am probably going to wait another 3 weeks for them to send my phone back fixed. the service is utterly terrible, i am furious! i am using an older model and i have to switch off my internet every 5 minutes just so that i can receive my messages. when is mtn going to fix this problem? charging a phones battery 3 times daily just because of the internet problem is not on for me i am getting sick and tired! why must i suffer because they can not get their pigs in a row...! they must get a wake up call and fast too. as far as i know there are a lot of people who complain about their bad signal the last few months. Please can someone get this problem fixed???!!!
