DISGRACEFUL ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER

Upon experiencing a problem with a debit order and our company requesting a statement from Altech Autopage Cellular, we received an extremely rude and terse email from a Barbara Naidoo at Midrand (6 December 2012) stating that same has been sent and that our services are to be cut immediately!
Notwithstanding the fact that we have been clients of Alech Autopage Cellular for more than 10 years, we consider the above letter and attitude absolutely disgraceful.
Regrettably this response and service is endemic of companies that neither venerate policies of good customer service nor concern themselves with long term customer loyalty.
