WHERE IS MY AIRTIME AND BIS?

I rec'd a timely response to my previous complaint regarding lack of bis and airtime. I st to Mrs Sealie (012 311 4221) who assured me that my bis was working & I had R178 on my account. I explained that that was money I had loaded onto my phone a couple of days ago. She then advised me of a further credit of airtime - which I again explained I had added myself & my bis is NOT working!

I explained that the time to discuss this was long overdue & that I wasn't interested in sorting out the mess that is my mobile phone contract, I want out. forbid I ever sort this out and something else goes wrong. I just cannot entertain the idea of being stuck with such an inefficient service for a further 20 months. I have now been trying to sort out my account for over a month - I have had no bbm, whatsapp or email on my phone since I signed with Telkom/8ta.

Mrs Sealie replied that I would incur penalties for early cancellation. I told her that under no circumstances could they consider penalties. They have failed to provide an agreed service and I want to cancel immediately. I haven't even got round to mentioning the faulty phone! She said she would get back to me, I'm waiting.
