i recent purchased a 8ta sim card, after a day which was yesterday 29/03/2013 i purchased airtime i loaded it then i wanted data so i went to buy a bundle when buying the bundle it told me that i did not have enough airtime and i must recharge but i just recharged with a 150! i phone customer care and spoke to like 8 different people and they told me that i must reset my phone did that doesn't work! told me they are experiencing a problem i waited a whole night till this morning 30/03/2013 still doesn't work! some lady told me that she will speak to her manager and she or the manager will contact me still nobody contacted me!!! phone this morning the guy never know what to do then he told me he will log a case and only tomorrow they will get back to me! so now i must sit with out data!!! feel like taking this sim card and breaking it!!! i rate hopeless service from 8ta!!!
