Deliver no service although charge for service

Had a 2 year mobile internet contract with Nashua for vodaphone internet service. No service was delivered with no internet connection and after numerous complaints nothing was done and no internet service provided yet 24 months of payments taken from my bank account. When the contract expires and I cancel the service Nashua continued to take payments for a further 5 months and refuse to refund me. No compensation was made for the 2years that we had no internet connection but paid in full for the service. I am a client since 1996 with Nashua. Absolute disgraceful. Wonder why I still stay loyal?
