I can't use my blackberry

It has been 5 days now my is like a toy now since 22-03-2013 I can't get hold of mtn consultant one of them put me hold she than hang off on me after trying to thruogh whole day. Now my blackberry absolute is active from 25-03-2013 they told me to wait 24 hours now it 26-03-2013 they telling me to wait another 24 hours seriously is that bad service or what till this time I can't use my socials after being loyal to mnt from 2005 I had my 1st phone this is how they trea
t me I'm really thinking of potting now to another network
