Porting a klient from mtn to vodacom

I've been trying to port a klient from 15 march 2013 and vodacom assisted me with it they said the klient will be on the vodacom network by tuesday morning (26/03/2013) the customer is still on the mtn network!!! things can't go on like this!!! put this customer on the vodacom network TODAY, NOT TOMORROW!!!
This customer is not very happy with vodacom!!!
