I applied for a contract sim card 3 weeks ago. There was an issue with my application and i only found out when i called for a follow up. The sim card finally came last week and they send the the incorrect one when i reminded the sales rep i need a micro card. An rep called me last week and and said i will be scheduled for an urgent delivery. its exactly a week and i have not received anything as yet and no correspondence from Cell c
