MTN messed up my phone

So when my phone came back from service late last year, it even more faulty then it was. I could not set my bbm display picture, my phone was not able to save pictures anymore, it would say 'directory full', I have to use airtime to go onto the internet regardless if i have airtime or not. I cant function with my phone anymore, and therefore i cant pay for service, for a problem I dont have control of. I'm dissapointed in Mtn, as I expected my phone to perform much better then it is now, i trusted them to deliver but clearly thats not the case, all i want is answers and how they are going to fix this matter, this phone is of no use to me no, and there is no way I'm going to buy another Blackberry, I'm still a student, and need this phone to get around.
