Bad service - danger to our staff

I've been forced to endure the service from Nashua Mobile for a while now (looking after my company's account with them). Documents regularly go missing, support calls never get completed etc.

Most recently we've been doing a series of port to Cell C due to the major cost benefits. I've asked, pleaded and begged with the sales people to PLEASE keep me contact with port dates so that we can coordinate it with our travelling staff.

The last one from last week - I had to call in to hear what's happening with the port application, only to hear for the first time, that the port was scheduled for 2 days later! I immediately let Jody know that this is an impossible date, and the need to move the port date, as the staff member who is using it, is a single lady travelling in the Eastern Cape at the moment.

Of course the number still ported - leaving our staff member in the lurch driving in the middle of nowhere.

The service is now proven to be more than just an irritating inconvenience - but opens our staff members to unnecessary danger.

After copying "everyone" at Nashuamobile about this very serious matter on Sat - I haven't head a peep from them yet now, Mon 10:05am.
