Very poor service

We bought an Atos in December 2012. In November 2012 we paid R500.00 to Automan to have the car put through a AA test. They promised to have the car fixed and ready within a week. After numerous calls to Automan they told us that the car was ready in the beginning of December. When we got there the car had hail damage on the bonnet. We complained and they said they would fix it withing two to three days. After numerous calls we got the car on the 07th of December, on my daughter's birthday. Got to Automan to find that the car was never send for wheel alignment as promised, I had to take it in myself for their account. This only coated me three hours. Then we found that the boot-cover was missing and that the tyre board was broken. They just ignored this, by saying that they could not remember it. Wow now it was our problem. The next thing is that we cannot drive the car, because we have been trying to get the license papers and change of owner ship documents form them since 07.12.2012 (38 days). They charged us a extra R4385.96 for the transfer costs, which is not happening. Today it is the 14.01.2013 and I will never, ever do business with Automan again.
