Bad Service

I have had a really bad experience with Automan from start to finish.
The latest being when my car was refinanced they put it through as the Owner & not the Title Holder when changing banks.
The implication being my car had to go for roadworthy & my number plate registration changed. (I have a personalised number) No one from Automan informed me of this. I had been driving around with an illegal registration for 6 months completely oblivious to this. It was only when I wanted to renew my car license I realised there was a problem.
Automan don't return return messages or respond to email
It has cost time, money, & frustration to try rectify the problem.
They are unprofessional & untrustworthy.
