Cell C
No response from call centre

Over a week ago my husband and I signed up for cell c contracts with a very helpful cell c employee. Since then I have not been able to get through to the call centre to find out when my phone will arrive. I have SMS d the number and emailed (as suggested while waiting extensive periods on the line) and heard nothing back. Now I'm on business in joburg from Wednesday with no phone after being told it would take maximum 1 week. Please can somebody come back to me!
