My landline went dead last week wednesday 13/03/13. This was a surprize as this has never happend before. Monday morning I went online and decided to log my complaint. I received a order number but I wasn't sold as there was no person to person contact. I decided to sms the fault, upon doing that, the text I got back said that a complaint was already logged for that landline.

Still not really convinced I went home and my husband confirmed that the technician had just left our home and the landline was repaired.

Thanks Telkom for restoring my positive thoughts on customer service.
