BAD Service & NO accountability for mistakes

I upgraded my contract on the 27th Jan 13 to a Talk 500 Iphone contract. Some one messed up in the migration of my new contract on to the vodacom network and this has caused me to go onto a top up contract. This has caused a huge problem for me as I run my own business and I am unable to call anyone from my cell phone to conduct my daily business. The service from the Altech autopage head office has been shocking after numerous calls and the service from the Greenstone store has been even worse. To sign you up and take your money is as easy as 1 2 3 but to correct the errors that you have made is another story. We have asked to be credited with airtime but this has fallen on deaf ears to say the least. I will never sign up a new contract with Altech and I will refer you to anyone in my life. If i knew i was going to have these problems I would of chosen another supplier. The worst service I have ever received and if this is not sorted out I will approach the CPA to cancel this contract as this is not what i asked for and no it seems to be my problem. Sort out your service and attitude Altech.
