Error on my account, phone cut off!

My phone broke in December, I took it in to Nashua Mobile Clearwater Mall. I haven't had it for a year and thought everything would be covered under warranty. Not so, head office sent me a quote, I didn't accept and they sent it back to the store. I went to fetch it, queried it and they said they'll investigate, kept my phone, no reply. Phoned again in a couple of weeks and the lady said she will check for me and get back to me in 10 minutes. Phoned me 4 hours later saying my phone miraculously fixed itself and I can come fetch it. I did within a couple of days (whole process took about 9 weeks!!!).

Yesterday I got an sms from NM saying my account is overdue and will be suspended. Phoned them this morning at 8.30 to ask what was billed on my account (it is a top-up contract and I pay the same amount every month). They said Clearwater branch charged me R150 for repairs! I didn't have anything repaired. I asked them to make a note on my account that it is an error and that I am querying it with the branch immediately.

I did, at 8.50 spoke with the branch who said the lady will phone me back just after 9. She didn't. It's 1.30pm and my phone was cut off!!! FIX THIS ERROR, NOW!
