I purchased a blackerry Z10 and it is not user friendly so I needed to return it as it is not worth my while having this phone. I cld at 8.34 this morning & spoke to Thandeka who said I can go to a glomail outlet mall which is in Greenstone and i will get assistance got to the mall they could not assist - after much discussions they referred me to Eastgate. I got there and I explained the problem to the lady (Zodwa) and she gave me docs to fill in and advised I contact the call centre for further assistance - cld 2078000 and spoke to Mpho who advised that I must pay a fee of R145 per day for the 7 days i had the phone which is for repackaging. When I advised i will not pay the fee he then refers me to Evash in upgrades. I tried to explain to Evash that I am not willing to pay the fee of R1045. He was not very helpful and when i asked to speak to someone senior, he just transferred my call. I held on the line for 35 min with no assistance and then i dropped the line. I am totally appaulled by the service that I have been receiving as I am a customer of Nashua Mobile for years. I would like some senior assistance in this regard. Why should I pay R1045 for packaging? it will cost R100
