MTN refusing to release my numbe

I have gone over to Cell C, but MTN is refusing to release, or "port" my number to Cell C. Basically they're just avoiding doing what they're supposed to do. The Cell C person helping me is powerless.

This after doing all the necessary paperwork on the MTN and Cell C side. Cell C application was completed 72 hours ago. I was told it should take 24 - 48 hours.

I'm currently on pay-as-you-go, so it's VERY frustrating, MTN.

And then you wonder why I left MTN (or at least, am trying to leave!).
