Awesome, friendly efficient service

I experienced the most efficient service ever since I upgraded my phone in December 2012. Staff at every branch I visited were friendly, helpful and went out of their way sort out any problem I experienced. My cellphone was on Friday. I reported it and was promptly assisted. My insurance claim was granted within a matter of a few hours and when I went to collect my new phone yesterday, the paperwork and cellphone was all ready and waiting for me. Needless to say this is impressive and I am an eternally grateful and thankful customer. Thank you Vodacom
