Cell C. Scooter fallen over again

Cell C, I am using this method of communication because trying to resolve an tech issue through your call centre is impossible! I live on the corner of Sjampanje and Cabernet Streets in Wilgeheuwel Roodepoort Gauteng. I have complained several times in the past that the data on the sender serving that area does not work correctly. BUT NOW since last week Thursday, one can't even make a voice call from there without the call dropping the whole time!!! This is not the handsets as I have no issues when I am in a different area. When at home, my phone shows full reception. Please send tech out there to put that scooter back on its wheels. Or rather please have the scooter replaced with some thing that won't fall over again.
