I received a call on 5 March from Vodacom Direct.
I entered into an agreement for a samsung galaxy S3 and a samsung tablet - I was informed that they would be delivered to me by the following Tuesday.
I have still not received them.
When I called to complain I am fobbed off with excuses and no stock of, first one and then the other, and wrong colour (didn't even ask for a colour)
Now I am completely without a phone and I need one for my business.
Tried to call the CEO - Shameel Joosub - kept on hold for 15 minutes - gave 10 minutes to return call - now over hour later - still no call
So making good on my threat
Next I go to the Consumer Protection Commissioner and to court for damages for breach of contract!
Don't accept bad service or terms being dictated to you by a service provider!
Do not call the mobile phone number - it is NOT working!
