I had a nightmare trying to get a contract with Nashua, which took 2 weeks of several phone calls and emials to them. I have had no joy and finally returned the phone. The attitute of all the employees at clearwater are so bad, and they have no idea about how there own system works.
After returing the phone, I was told via email that the invoices I was sent would be reversed. Today, almost a month later R824.50 was debited to my account. This was the last response I had from Karen: "I have not yet received any confirmation from our head office. I have escalated this and is awaiting feedback".

To date no one in any position has bothered to contact me to find out what the issue is and yet there has been so much correspondence.
I have never come across a company with such unprofessional, undeducated and useless employees as Nashua Mobile.
I would challange any manager to contact me to disbute this claim.
Lastly I will be as vocal as I can to discourage anyone from dealing with nashua mobile
