MTN ripping off BIS users

I use to love MTN since the 1st time i got my 1st phone in 1999. I have had several phones since then and each and everyone has been with MTN. I have for the past 2years gotten me a blackberry and BIS and thought it was FANTASTIC that i am able to download music on my phone i absolutely loved it. But i was soon brought back to reality. I called the "customer service" call centre on the 12 March 2013 and was informed that "you can no longer download any content on your phone, this RULE as been implemented since last year" OMW. I'm sure they know that they have and will loose millions of BB customers who will also be telling their family and friends about MTN's scheming techniques. I will be moving over to another website as soon as my contract ends in august, as i feel that i will be valued by one of the other networks. Cell C or Vodacom
