Cell C
Doesn't Cell C want my business

On 27 February 2013 I gave notice on my existing contract and went to Cell C (I have an 084 number), and asked for a new contract with them. The Indian gentleman (owner?) said don't worry we will portage you over and handed me to one of his staff who after a 'phone call said that I had to do it at the beginning of March. On 1 March I was back and after an hour I was told that I had to wait for the portage before they would do a new contract. I heard nothing and on 7 March went back and after another call, the same assistant (no name badges) said the portage was still to happen and I asked her to follow up and call me. As of today I have heard nothing and another visit to the store was fruitless as there were only 2 assistants and 6 customers in front of me. I thought that with Alan Knott Craig there things would improve. This service is a disaster!!
