I am completely appalled with the type of service Cell C provides. The call centers have to deal with many complaints on a daily basis and I honestly feel for the staff trying to sort out clients complaints that were caused due to the in-competencies of others working for Cell C. 6 Months later and I still battle... Management refuses to be accessible. Your 140 number does not do it for customer care. Generic email address's are of no use either. Management needs to step up to the plate and appease the clients. Make themselves available to talk to clients - why cant we? We pay your salaries through the money we spend with your company. Customer Service??? Not adequate!!! Trevor Noah SHOULD NEVER have done that advert, everyone thinks he is the CEO - Alan Knot-Craig, I know now why you would not do it!!! You treat your customers as if they are all. Train your staff to help them. You cannot call managers either, call centers in the CEO office??? What is that? Really, we are not that stupid. I would like a call from a manager, not a supervisor, a manager, it is shocking!
