Network failures and bad attitude

Went into the Roesbank branch to get network sorted out, consult was incompetent and passed the buck onto other person as she just stood, scratched her head, picked her nose and said "eish" to everything. Phoned customer care and was told would be contacted in five mins, it's been 2 months.. Cell C the worse network out there, waiting to cancel my contract!
