Dear Peter,
I would like to bring to your attention the terrible service that I have received from 8ta, I was merely trying to connect to their internet using my newly bought data sim card.
I had problems with the connection tonight as a new user, called the call centre numerous times, each time they say that they are transferring me, I get dropped. This is despite coaxing the last three consultants I spoke to not to drop me (Nozipho, Thembekile and Michael). I was dropped 16 times and I kept calling. I was not assisted!!!
Their service is in a horrendus state. I have never ever seen such.
Pity I have already bought their data bundles of R150, if I could reverse it, I would have chosen another network as they seem not to be up to scratch to compete in the market yet.
