Can't provide me with a statement WTH

First of all you give my contact details to and you have futile incompetent consultant at your outlets in malls (Eastgate, Eastrand mall & Carnival Mall) and call centres (- Aphin Phiri), that don't have any idea what there are doing, making promise that they can't keep and in order to jointly rip us financially.
Furthermore, I'm extremely disappointed to hear that I cannot get a statement on any activities that took place in my account from the first of this month to day, I mean what kind of company is this time and age, with so many IT invention and how to provide efficient customer service in this age.
I want the statement now to know if those cancel the descriptions because it's my money, not yours Mr Allen Knograig.
