Second Blackberry Curve 9300's trackpad broken!

I bought a Blackberry Curve 9300 last year and after only a few months the track pad went haywire. I took it back to the store and after a 3 week wait they gave me a brand new BB Curve citing that there had been problems with the track pads on that model phone. Then, the same amount of months later my track pad went haywire again. I haven't had time to take it back yet as i don't have another phone to use and cant afford to be without a phone for 3 weeks again. Last week I e-mailed Blackberry through their support Faceboook page and I also left a message on the wall - they didn't even bother to respond. So yeah, clearly they care about their customers. Today the trackpad completely stopped working, it wont register at all which means i cant use my phone as i cant even get into it. I will have to take it back to the store for a repair or replacement phone. I just feel it is highly unfair to me as a customer as i paid nearly R2000 for that phone and one would expect it to work. Then to add insult to injury they give me another phone in the same model range that they cited had trackpad problems. What the? Why would you give another faulty phone??
