I hate MTN hatfield!!!

I ordered a mobile wi-fi device and was approved but have not received my wi-fi device 6 weeks later!!! with no contact or response to me. It is crucial that i receive this device for my work that is out of the office. Also there office number is nowhere else to be found and listed wrong on the MTN website!!
