I am disappointed with your brand and overall customer service. About 3 weeks ago I transferred an existing Voda account to my name. This took two weeks to complete. I then went into the Fourways store and selected a deal that was advertised in the magazine. The deal could not be issued as it was not available on your system. HOW CAN YOU ADVERTISE A DEAL WITHOUT MAKING IT AVAILABLE ON THE SYSTE? Finally, I went back to Fourways last week Thursday and got an upgrade to a Samsung SIII. The phone is not faulty. The phone cannot register on the Vodacom network. I thought it was the LTE signal, but it does not register 3G. I cannot receive or make calls. I am not going back to Fourways/. I work in Hyde Park. The phone must be collected and replaced asap. I cannot afford to be inconvenienced nay longer.
