Cell C provides follow up service

I laid a complaint against Cell C for allowing content services when on the internet. A lady named Blanche from head office called me back, communicated to the company and within a week was able to retrieve all the money that the content services charged over a period of 3 months. A total of R 963.64 is to be paid back to me within 7 days from this report.
