Shocking behaviour from Manager and Vodacom

Earlier I commented on the good service received from Cassandra. To my shock I realised it was all and she mislead me. I am still paying large amounts every month over and above the prepaid topup 135. Today the amount is R260.89 and it is only the 9th day of the money. In Jan she told me the account is for Dec. In Feb she told me the account is for Jan usage. The account was changed to prepaid effective 1 Feb 2013. Do not forget she also told me it take 24 hours for usage to reflect. Now I am still facing the same mistreatment and insult I she told me I am stupid and do not understand how a R135 prepaid exceeds every months with MORE than R500. It is schocking that they justify this treatment and just take money and take.. When is this going to stop? The day when I died or get someone competent to close the account or change bank account or please tell me when is this going to stop.
